One of our integral supporters through the final labors of bringing the anniversary edition of Little, Big out of the realm of the phantasmal and into the physical, is author and counterculture historian Erik Davis. We all owe him tremendous gratitude for the diversity of assistance he's offered the project the last 4+ years. Erik has just written a lovely, lengthy musing on Little, Big - https://www.burningshore.com/p/big-little-big. Tax-deductible Donations

Despite the current sales value, publication of the 40th anniversary edition of Little, Big is effectively a charity project. Due to the unprecedented length of the project (the bulk of books pre-sold 10-20 years ago, often with free shipping and below the 2021-23 cost of producing a volume) and funds lost with a bankrupt printer, printing and distribution was largely made possible by a number of very generous donations in recent years and the volunteer work of a handful of highly dedicated people. Thus, we continue to humbly request tax-deductible donations from any who feel inspired and able assist. Donations currently help defray the high cost of safely distributing these massive tomes and increase the likelihood that those virtuous individuals presently laboring to get everyone their books may eventually be reciprocated for their time and heroic effort.

Tax-deductible donations can be made online through Deep Vellum’s donation page. Please follow these instructions to assure the donation is directed to the Little, Big project:

Go to- https://secure.givelively.org/donate/deep-vellum-publishing. Enter your donation amount and select “One Time.” Then you must make sure to select “Dedicate This Gift”, and then write in Little, Big where it says “Dedicatee’s Name.” Then click “Save” and “Continue” to make your donation payment.

Tax-deductible donations by check or money order can be made out to Deep Vellum; be sure the payment memo says “Little, Big donation” and mail it to: Will Evans, Deep Vellum, 3000 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75226

Gratitude for everyone's support!
